Jeremy Miller 

Owner & Founder

Jeremy Miller discovered his passion for HVAC early on, starting as a summer helper for a family friend while still in high school. By the time he graduated, he was already running service calls and handling replacements on his own. With 4,000 hours of hands-on experience under his belt, Jeremy earned his state license at just 20 years old.


Shortly after, he launched Superior Heating and Cooling as a side business, working evenings and weekends for family, friends, and referrals. In 2020, a friend offered him a six-home new construction project in Raleigh. Jeremy assembled a crew and successfully completed the job—an experience that inspired him to take Superior full time.



Since then, the company has grown steadily through word of mouth and referrals. Jeremy takes pride in delivering the best possible solutions for his customers and helping his team grow in their trade. He’s passionate about running the business and excited for what the future holds for Superior Heating and Cooling.

Jackson Gardner

Comfort Advisor

Jackson brings a strong sense of community and dedication to his role at Superior Heating and Cooling. With a deep understanding of the region and its unique needs, Jackson plays a key role in coordinating projects, supporting the team, and ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish.



Known for his reliability and attention to detail, Jackson is committed to delivering high-quality results and a seamless experience for both customers and crew. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and staying connected to the community he calls home.

Mayson Todd 

Lead Installer

Originally from Duncan, North Carolina, Mayson Todd has been working in the HVAC industry for nearly five years. As Lead Installer at Superior Heating and Cooling, Mayson is responsible for marking out vent locations, setting air handlers, and handling lineset and wiring connections on new installations.


He enjoys the variety that comes with the job—especially seeing new construction projects come together and traveling to different locations across the region. Mayson takes pride in making sure every job is done right and that each customer’s expectations are met before the team leaves the site.


Outside of work, Mayson enjoys spending time with his fiancée and their animals, as well as relaxing with video games. He values the steady work, supportive team, and positive environment at Superior Heating and Cooling.

Zachary Gordon

HVAC Apprentice

Zachary Gordon is an HVAC apprentice at Superior Heating and Cooling, where he’s gaining hands-on experience and formal training to become a skilled HVAC technician. With just over a year in the industry, Zachary is focused on learning the ins and outs of installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems.


Originally from Ohio, Zachary brings a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction to every job. He enjoys the opportunity to learn something new each day and values the supportive environment at Superior.


When he’s not on the job, Zachary enjoys reading, playing video games, and spending time with friends.

Kris

Service Technician

With nearly a decade of HVAC experience, Kris brings deep industry knowledge and a passion for helping people feel comfortable in their homes. As a Service Technician at Superior Heating and Cooling, he specializes in diagnosing and repairing systems to restore comfort quickly and reliably.


Originally from Florida, Kris enjoys the satisfaction of providing honest, dependable service and making sure every customer gets the results they need. His favorite part of the job? “Making people hot and cold”—and doing it with a smile.


Outside of work, Kris loves spending time with his wife and daughters.
